补阳还五汤联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞

目的：观察补阳还五汤加减联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将2013年2月-2014年2月我院89例脑梗塞患者进行研究，随机分为两组，其中治疗组50例，对照组39例。对照组用注射用维脑路通常规西医治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上用血塞通注射液联合补阳还五汤加减治疗（基本方组成：黄芪45g，当归尾12g，地龙9g，桃仁9g，红花9g，赤芍12g，川芎12g），连续治疗30d，观察并比较两组疗效。结果：对照组有效率为76．92％，治疗组有效率为92．0％，两组有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。治疗过程中两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：补阳还五汤加减联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞有显著疗效。

Treating infarction with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus Xuesetong injection

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus Xuesetong injection on infi＇action. Methods 89 patients with infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in the control was given routine western medicine, 39 patients in the treatment was given Xuesetong injection plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction （contains Huangqi 45g, Dangguiwei 12g, Dilong 12g, Taoren 9g, Honghua 9g, Chishao 12g, Chuanxiong 12g） more. Results： The total efficacy was 76.92%, while in the treatment it was 92.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. All showed no side reactions. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus Xuesetong injection showed obvious effects.
