| 摘 要： | 第Ⅶ段肝癌接受3D腹腔镜下肝癌切除术1例,因有3D视野,能清楚显示肝组织及脉管系统的3D结构。手术成功施行,手术时间为120 min,术中失血约150 ml,无术中术后并发症发生,术后6 d出院。3D腹腔镜技术用于右肝肿瘤切除可进行更精细的解剖操作,缩短手术时间,减少失血,适合复杂的肝脏外科手术。

| Abstract: | One case of hepatocellular carcinoma in No. VII segment receiving three-dimensional （3 D） laparoscopic partial right hepatic resection. Under 3 D endoscopic vision, liver tissue structures can be demonstrated clearly. The operation was successfully completed in 120 rain without intraoperative complications and blood loss of about 150 ml. 3D endoscopic techniques can be used in the right hepatic resection for better anatomical operation, shorter operative time, less blood loss. It is suitable for complicated liver surgery. |
