胃溃疡的中西医结合治疗效果

目的：观察中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法：我院2012年1月-2013年12月间收治的胃溃疡患者84例，按照治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组，对照纽采用西医治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证治疗，比较两组治疗效果及胃痛恢复情况。结果：治疗组总有效率达到95．24％（40／42）明显高于对照组，患者胃痛恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗胃溃疡效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Treating ulcer in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on ulcer. Methods： 84 patients were divided into two groups, the control was given the western medicine, while the treatment was given TCM more. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 95.24% （40/42）, obviously higher than that in the control; stomach pain recovery in the treatment was better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine showed good effects on ulcer, and was worthy of promotion.
