| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手法治疗肿块型小儿肌性斜颈临床疗效。方法：推拿手法治疗肿块1型、2型，各20例。结果：推拿治疗肿块1型有效率100％。推拿治疗肿块2型有效率95％，两组比较差异无显著性意义（P〉O．05），总有效率为97．5％。结论：推拿治疗肿块型小儿肌性斜颈疗效满意，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore clinical effects of massage on mass type muscular torticollis in children. Methods： 20 patients of type I mass and 20 patients of type II mass were given massage. Results： The efficacy of the type I mass group was 100%; it was 95% in the type II mass group, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）, the total efficacy was 97.5%. Conclusion： Massage was effective on mass type muscular torticollis in children, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
