归芍活血汤联合熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化疗效观察

目的：观察归芍活血汤联合熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的-临床疗效。方法：将44例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组22例，观察组给予归芍活血汤联合熊去氧胆酸治疗，对照组给予熊去氧胆酸治疗，对比观察两组临床症状改善情况和肝功能指标变化。结果：经1个月给药治疗后，两组治疗效果无显著差异；经6个月给药治疗后，两组治疗效果差异性显著：观察组患者疲劳、瘙痒、黄疸、肝脾肿大等临床症状显著改善，常规检查血、尿、大便均无异常，治疗效果观察组明显优于对照组，治疗6个月，观察组和对照组AST、ALT、GGT、ALP具有显著性差异。结论：归芍活血汤联合熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化r临床效果显著，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis by Guishao Huoxue Decoction combined with ursodesoxycholic acid

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Guishao Huoxue Decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods： 44 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 22 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Guishao Huoxue Decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid, while patients in the control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid. The improvement of clinical symptoms and liver function indexes were observed. Results： After 1 month of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups; after 6 months, there were significant differences between the two groups. The clinical symptoms including fatigue, itching, jaundice, hepatosplenomegaly of the observation group were improved, the routine examination blood, urine, stool showed no abnormality. The efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The AST, ALT, GGT, ALP of the two groups had significant differences. Conclusion： Guishao Huoxue Decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid has significant effect on the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis with high safety which is worthy of clinical application.
