中药口服配合穴位贴敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床观察

目的：观察中药口服配合穴位贴敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：60例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用中药口服与穴位贴敷结合的方法治疗,对照组采用单纯中药口服治疗,两组均以30d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组痊愈19例,显效10例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率与痊愈率分别为100.0%和63.3%;对照组痊愈12例,显效12例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率与痊愈率分别为96.7%和40.0%;两组比较,总有效率无显著性差异（P〉0.15）,痊愈率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药口服配合穴位贴敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹可以显著提高痊愈率。

Clinical observation on treating idiopathic facial paralysis in TCM

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine plus acupoint sticker on idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. The treatment was given TCM medicine plus acupoint sticker, while the control was given TCM medicine solo. Results： In the treatment, 19 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly improved, 1 case was effective, without invalid, the total efficacy and curative rate was 100.0% and 63.3% respectively; in the control, 12 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly improved, 5 cases were improved, 1 case was invalid, the total efficacy and curative rate was 96.7% and 40.0% respectively, the difference between two groups showed no statistically significant （P〉0.15）, the curative rate showed statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine olus acuooint sticker can obviously improve curative rate.
