桃红四物汤治疗月经病血瘀证的临床效果观察及安全性评估

目的：研究桃红四物汤治疗月经病血瘀证的临床效果及评估其安全性。方法：将收集到的60例月经病血瘀证痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤，两组患者均以治疗12周为1个疗程。结果：中医证候疗效，治疗组总有效率为90．00％，对照组总有效率为66．67％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组月经病治疗疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：桃红四物汤汤治疗月经病血瘀证优于常规治疗，且药效安全，不良反应小，患者接受程度高，值得临床上推广使用。

Clinical efficacy and safety assessment on treatment of menstrual blood stasis syndrome by Taohong Siwu Decoction

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and safety assessment of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of menstrual blood stasis syndrome. Methods： 60 selected cases with menstrual blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Patients in two groups were treated with conventional therapy, while patients in the treatment group Were given Taohong Siwu Decoction based on the conventional therapy. For both of the groups, 12 weeks was one course. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00 %, while that of the control group was 66.67 %. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Taohong Siwu Decoction has better efficacy than the conventional treatment with higher safety, less side reactions and better acceptance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
