茵虎退黄口服液治疗黄疸型肝炎临床疗效观察

目的：观察茵虎退黄口服液治疗黄疸型肝炎的疗效。方法：选取病毒性肝炎黄疸型属湿热蕴结患者100例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组子复方甘草酸苷冻干粉针、苦黄注射液静滴；治疗组加用清肝利胆、利湿退黄之茵虎退黄口服液治疗。治疗1Od、20d后观察疗效与评价指标，记录缓解与不良反应情况。结果：治疗组总有效率94％，高于对照组的82％；治疗组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶均降低至正常水平，且优于对照组。结论：茵虎退黄口服液治疗病毒性黄疸型肝炎，能够迅速消退患者的黄疸症状，改善肝功能指标。

Curative observation on treatment of icteric hepatitis by Yinhu Tuihuang oral liquid

Objective： To observe the curative effect ofYinhu Tuihuang oral liquid on icteric hepatitis. Methods： 100 cases with damp heat retention type viral hepatitis jaundice were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin lyophilized powder injection and Kuhuang Injection by intravenous drip; patients in the treatment group were treated with Yinhu Tuihuang oral liquid with function of clearing the liver and bladder and removing dampness and jaundice. After 10, 20 days of treatment, the therapeutic effect and the evaluation index, the record of remission and adverse reaction were observed. Results： In treatment group, the total effective rate was 94%, higher than that of the control group 82%; the total bilirubin, serum direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase of the treatment group were decreased to the normal level, and better than those of the control group. Conclusion： Yinhu Tuihuang oral liquid can quickly fade in patients with jaundice symptoms, and improve liver function index in the treatment of viral hepatitis with jaundice.
