| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：选择46例慢性乙型肝炎患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各23例；对照组采用西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上运用中医辅助治疗，比较两组治疗16周后的效果。结果：中西医结合组临床疗效明显优于西药组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果更好。

A clinical analysis of treating 23 cases of chronic hepatitis B in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic hepatitis B. Methods： 46 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, and the observation group was given TCM more, after 16 weeks of treatment, efficacy in two groups was compared. Results：The clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine group was significantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine was good at treating chronic hepatitis B. |
