急性脑卒中便秘采用星蒌承气汤治疗的临床效果观察

目的：分析急性脑卒中便秘采用星蒌承气汤治疗的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的88例急性脑卒中便秘患者，按照抛硬币法分为治疗组（44例）和对照组（44例）。治疗组实施星蒌承气汤，对照组行复方芦荟胶囊，分析其临床疗效。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为95.5%，对照组治疗总有效率为81.8%，组间对比P〈0.05。治疗组治疗后便秘症状积分明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：星蒌承气汤治疗急性脑卒中便秘取得显著疗效，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Clinical effective observation on treating acute stroke constipation with the Xinglou Chengqi decoction

Ojective：To analyze clinical efficacy of the Xinglou Chengqi decoction on acute stroke constipation. Methods：88 cases from our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 were divided into the treatment group （44 cases） and the control group （44 cases） by coin toss method. The treatment group received the Xingcou Chensqi decoction, the control group received Fufoing Luhui capsule, the clinical efficacy was observed. Results：The total efficacy was 95.5%in the treatment group, in control was 81.8%, there was significantly different, P〈0.05. Constipation scores in the treatment were lower （P〈0.05）. Couclusion：The Xinglou Chengqi decoction was confirmed with good efficacy, safety and efficiency, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
