补肾活血汤并中药熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎60例临床观察

[目的]探讨补肾活血汤并中药熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组口服补肾活血汤,同时进行中药熏蒸治疗。对照组口服双氯芬酸片、盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊。[结果]治疗组临床控制7例,显效26例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组临床控制2例,显效11例,有效34例,无效13例,总有效率78.33%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。[结论]补肾活血汤并中药熏蒸治疗对膝骨性关节炎有较好的疗效。

Decoction of Notifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Combined with TCM Suffocation Treat Knee Osteoarthritis 60 Cases

[Objective]To discuss the clinical effect of Decoction of Notifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation and TCM suffocation on knee osteoarthritis.
