民办高校医学生专业操作技能教学改革的探讨

本文总结了山东万杰医学院医学影像学系通过加强实验、实训课程教学,实施专业操作技能测试,加大学生专业技能操作成绩比重,增加实验和实训课程学时安排,课余时间开放实训场所,增加学生亲手操作机会等方法,进行医学影像检查技术课程教学改革的实践过程,并探讨了民办高校的办学定位与专业发展的关系.课程改革使学生的专业操作技能得到明显提高,具有一定的实效性及可操作性.

This article summarizes the Medical Imasing Department of Shandong Wanjie Medical University through strengthening experiment,training courses,the implementation of the professional skills test,and college students operation results in the proportion of professional skills,increase the training course and experimental school arrangements,their spare time open training places,increase the students' opportunities for hands-operation methods such as medical imaging technology teaching reform of the course of practice.Discussing the relations of the orientation of private universities and the career development.This course aim at training the independent practical special skills of the students,having actual effect and maneuverability.
