早发性帕金森综合征患者抑郁情绪状况研究

【目的】了解早发性帕金森综合征(EOP)患者抑郁情绪状况。【方法】应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对63例EOP患者和60名正常对照进行评分,并应用统一帕金森病评定量表对EOP患者进行运动评分,使用SPSS13.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析。【结果】本组EOP患者的抑郁发生率为50.8%,高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其抑郁情绪主要表现为焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍以及绝望感;EOP患者抑郁发生与疾病的严重程度相关,而与发病年龄、受教育年限以及病程无关。【结论】EOP患者有较高的抑郁情绪发生率,在EOP患者发病初期应该考虑治疗其抑郁症状。

Study on the Incidence of Depression in Early-Onset Parkinsonism

Objective] To explore the incidence of depression in early-onset parkinsonism(EOP).Methods]Sixty three patients and sixty controls were assessed by using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), and motor dysfunction of EOP patients were assessed by using Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale. All data were analyzed by using SPSS13.0. Results] The incidence of depression in EOP patients was 50.8% , which was higher than that in controls, and the difference between EOP patients and controls was significant(P<0.01). The main manifestations of depression in EOP patients were anxiety/body, cognition and hopelessness. Correlation analysis revealed that depression in EOP patients positively correlated with degree of motor dysfunction, but had no relation with age of onset, education, and duration of disease.Conclusion]The incidence of depression is higher in EOP patients. The treatment of EOP patients' depression should be considered at the onset of motor dysfunction.
