| 摘 要： | 目的:合成醋氯芬酸。方法:以氯乙酸为原料,和苯甲醇进行酯化反应合成氯代乙酸苄基酯,再经缩合、氢解反应制得目标化合物。结果:改进了合成工艺,总收率达到75%,较文献收率提高35%。结论:该方法原料价廉易得,工艺操作简便,适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective:To synthesize aceclofenac.Method:Aceclofenac was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol by esterification to give benzyl chloroacetate,which subjected to condensation and hydrogenolysis.Result:The synthetic process was improved and total yield was 75%,which was 35% higher than that reported in the literature.Conclusion:The raw materials in this route is cheap.The improved sythesis has advantages of convenient operation and is suitable for industrial production. |
