| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非洛地平抗动脉粥样硬化的作用.方法:将30只日本大耳白兔分为对照组、动脉硬化组和治疗组3组,每组10只,对照组喂普通饲料,动脉硬化组和治疗组喂高脂饲料,治疗组同时给非洛地平2 mg/(kg·d)干预90d.实验前、45 d及90 d于耳缘动脉取血,检测血脂、一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素(ET),取动物的主动脉,并做HE染色.结果:90 d后治疗组兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的程度较动脉硬化组明显减轻,两组间血脂水平无显著性差异.治疗组与动脉硬化组相比,NO显著升高,ET显著降低.结论:非洛地平能抑制高脂血症所造成的兔动脉粥样硬化病变的形成,其作用并非通过降低血脂水平.可能与升高血清中一氧化氮,降低内皮素有关.
