围生期健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病的防治作用

目的探讨健康宣教和护理措施对妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）及妊娠期糖耐量受损（IGT）控制程度和妊娠结局的影响。方法分析3120例孕妇空腹血糖和糖筛查、糖耐量试验及围生期追踪和临床资料。其中在孕妇学校系统接受健康宣教及指导措施的2206例作为观察组，未系统接受健康宣教的914例为对照组。结果观察组检出GDM和IGT 79例（3．6％）．对照组检出77例（8.4％），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且观察组妊娠并发症和对围生儿的影响明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论系统健康宣教及护理干预有利于降低GDM、IGT的发生率，并减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Health education of encircles childbirth time produces influence in gestation period diabetes

Objective To discuss the influence of healthy propaganda and the nurse measure on GDM and the gestation period sugar tolerance suffers injury(IGT) to the gestation period diabetes to control the degree and to the pregnancy result.Methods The clinical datas of 3120 pregnant women were analyzed.Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance test,glucose screening test and perinated period tracing were performed.Among 3120 cases,the observation group(n=2206) accepted the healthy propaganda and the instruction measure,while the control group didn't accepted them.Results GDM and IGT were examined in 97 cases of the observation group(3.6%) and 77 cases of the control group(8.4%).It had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The pregnancy complications and the effect on perinated period infant in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The systemic healthy propaganda and the nurse intervention could be useful to reduce the incidence rate of GDM,IGT,and to reduce the worse pregnancy result.
