动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效

目的探讨动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取32例股骨转子间骨折的患者作为治疗组,30例患者作为对照组,两组患者一般状况具有可比性。对照组应用空心螺钉固定治疗,治疗组应用动力髋螺钉固定治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、输血量,术后随访,观察手术效果及术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组总优良率为90.6%,明显优于对照组(66.7%)。治疗组患者平均手术时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组。结论动力髋螺钉是治疗股骨转子间骨折的良好方法,但同时要注意操作时也要严格掌握手术指征才能取得更为满意的效果。

The Clinical Effect of Using Dynamic Hip Screw for Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using Dynamic hip screw for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Selected 32 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated as a treated group, 30 patients as control group,two groups were comparable to the general situation. The control group were treated with cannulated screws fixation, the treatment group were treated with dynamic hip screw fixation, observed the patients＇ operation time, blood loss, blood transfusion. And patients were followed up to observe the effect of surgery and postoperative complications. Results Treatment group＇s excellent rate was 90.6%, significantly higher than the control group （66.7%）.Treatment group, mean operative time and healing time were shorter than the control group, blood loss was less than the control group. Conclusion Dynamic hip screw is a good way to treat intertrochanteric fractures, but to pay attention to operation, surgical indications should be strict control to achieved more satisfactory results.
