老年人轻度认知障碍的记忆认知研究

目的 :了解老年人轻度认知障碍 (MCI)的记忆及认知损伤特点。方法 :对 2 0例MCI患者和 2 0例正常对照组 (NC) ,用临床记忆量表 (甲式 )、简易智能状态检查量表 (MMSE)、韦氏数字广度测定、Blessed行为量表作为评定工具 ,评价其记忆及认知损害情况。结果 :MCI组临床记忆量表各项检查均较NC组差 (P <0 0 1) ,MMSE平均分较对照组低 ,主要以记忆检查项目分数降低明显 (P <0 0 1)。Blessed行为量表MCI组个性改变较NC组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而定向力、计算力、语言理解、表达及日常习惯的改变两组无显著性差异。结论 :MCI患者的认知损害主要以记忆减退为主 ,同时伴有轻度认知及个性损害 ,如轻度焦虑、抑郁、易激惹、病理性赘述 ,其他认知功能正常 ,故MCI的认知损害为部分性损害 ,而非全面性损害。

A Study on Memory and Cognitive Capability of the Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective: To study memory characterization of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) of the elderly. Methods: 20 MCI patients and 20 normal people (NC) were evaluated with mini-mental state examination (MMSE), clinical memory scale (CMS), digit span test and blessed behavior scale (BBS). Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in CMS and BBS, of which, the results of patients in MCI group were significantly lower than those of NC group. Scores of MMSE, specially the memory score, in MCI patients were lower than those in NC group. There were no significant difference of orientation, computing, comprehension or expression by language, and changes of daily customs between MCI and NC groups. Conclusions: In MCI patients, the main impairment of cognition is the dropping down of memory accompanied by mild impairment of cognition and personality, such as anxiety, depression, irritability, and pathologically redundant complain. So cognitive impairment of MCI patients is only partial impairment.
