| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的方法和疗效。方法对21例肱骨髁间骨折患者行经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定治疗。结果 21例均获随访,时间6-32个月。按改良Cassebaum功能评分系统评价：优10例,良8例,可2例,差1例。结论经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定为治疗肱骨髁间骨折的可靠方法。术中良好复位、早期恰当的功能锻炼能最大限度地减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the treatment method and effect of the bilateral approach through triceps brachii and dual plates fixation for treatment of intercondylar humeral fractures.Methods 21 patients with intercondylar humeral fractures were treated with the bilateral approach through triceps brachii with dual plating.Results 21 patients were followed up for 6~32 months.According to the improvement Cassebaum scoring system for functional evaluation:10 cases were excellent,8 good,2 fair and 1 poor.C... |
