超声诊断肝纤维化的研究进展

摘    要:超声检查已成为肝纤维化的重要诊断和评价手段。二维超声用于显示肝脏形态及回声,是超声诊断的基础手段,高频超声与组织定征或许能早期发现肝脏回声改变;彩色多普勒和频谱多普勒可以显示肝静脉系统血流情况,可以作为评价肝实质病变程度的指标,超声造影提供了良好的血池示踪剂,能够反映肝脏的血流灌注,从而能够评估肝脏疾病的严重程度;瞬时弹性成像系统为无创性诊断肝纤维化提供了新的发展方向。本文将从超声在反映肝组织结构回声与血流动力学两方面的研究进展进行综述评价。

Abstract:Ultrasonography has become an important means for diagnosis and evaluation of hepatic fibrosis. Two - dimensional ultrasound is the basic means of ultrasonic diagnosis, and it can be used to display the appearance and echo of the liver. High frequency ultrasound and tissue characterization maybe can early display the changes of liver echo. Color Doppler ultrasound and Doppler frequency spectrum permit assessment of the hepatic venous system and detection of portal blood flow. They can be used for estimation of hepatic parenchymal changes. Contrast - enhanced ultrasound permits the use of a blood - pool tracer and can assess the blood flow perfusion of hepatic parenchyma. Fibroscan is offering a new method for noninvasive diagnosis of hepatic diseases. This article reviews the recent advances in ultrasonic diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis from the aspects of echo and blood flow of the liver.
