硫酸镁治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床应用

目的：观察硫酸镁静脉滴注治疗羊水过少的临床效果。方法120例羊水过少孕妇随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组孕妇给予静脉滴注硫酸镁及补液治疗，对照组常规补液治疗，定期复诊至分娩，对照结果。结果治疗组的羊水指数（AFI）在治疗后明显上升，治疗前后变化有统计学差异（P＜0.01）；对照组治疗前后的羊水指数变化无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论硫酸镁静脉滴注治疗羊水过少方便、安全有效，并减少了新生儿窒息，降低剖宫产率，值得临床推广。

Clinical Application of Magnesium Sulfate in Treating Oligohydramnios in Late Pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate via intravenous drip on oligohydramnios. Methods 120 pregnant women with oligohydramnios were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group,60 in each;routine flu-id-supplement therapy was performed to all the patients in both groups while intravenous drip of magnesium sulfate was added to pa-tients in treatment group;regular subsequent visits till production were required after treatment and a contrast study was made between the patients in the two groups. Results The amniotic fluid index （AFI） of the patients in treatment group raised up obviously after treat-ment and the change of AFI before and after treatment was of statistical difference （P〈0.01） while that in control group was of no statisti-cal difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions It is convenient,safe and effective to treat oligohydramnios with intravenous drip of magnesium sulfate,which can reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and decrease the cesarean section rate;it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
