| 摘 要： | 本文通过离体兔肠平滑肌实验证明:卷柏对肠平滑肌的蠕动及张力都有明显抑制作用;且可拮抗BaCl_2及Ach增强肌张力的作用。而木贼使肠蠕动增强。对肌张力几无影响。两药对肠平滑肌的不同影响可能是卷柏复方产生双向作用的基础。

| Abstract: | The effects of STS, EHL and STSCo on contractility and tension of isol- ated rabbit ileum were determined by the convenient intestine test methods. The results indicated that STS significantly decreased the contractility of,and the tension of , the ileum, at the same time it could also counteract BaCl_2 and Ach effects of strengthening tension and that EHL increased the ileum's contractility but failed to change its tension, thereby suggesting that have di- ffirent effects of STS and EHL on intestinal muscle might be the basis for the production of a two-way effect by STSCo. |
