| 摘 要： | 分析我院药师临床查房情况,为临床药学的深入开展提供意见。对我院2006年1月至12月药师临床查房记录为分析对象,对药师临床查房情况进行分析。搞好药师查房工作,对临床药学深入开展、为患者提供安全、有效、合理、经济的药学服务,有着极其重要的意义。
