低体重婴幼儿先天性心脏病的手术治疗

目的:探讨低体重婴幼儿先天性心脏病手术治疗的适应症选择、体外循环管理及围术期处理。方法:全麻低温体外循环下对36例婴幼儿先天性心脏病患儿心脏缺损行缝合、修补、成形、疏通等手术治疗。结果:术后室间隔缺损补片修补残余分流2例,发生III0房室传导阻滞2例。除1例F4患儿死于术后低心排,其余均痊愈出院。结论:先天性心脏畸形应在婴幼儿时期予以矫治,精细的手术操作、良好的心肌保护和体外循环灌注是手术成功的关键。

Surgical Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease in Low-Weight Infants

Objective To explore the surgical indications, the management of extracorporeal circulation and the pefi - operation treatment of congenital heart disease in low - weight infants. Methods Thirty - six congenital heart diseases of low - weight infants were treated with suture, repair, plasty and dredge. Results There were two cases with residual shunt and III degree atfioventricular block in repairing huge ventricular septum defect, respectively. One case died of low cardiac output syndrome, the other patients were discharged from hospital healthily. Conclusion The congenital heart diseases should be performed operation earlier in infants. The excellent surgical skill, appropriate myocardial protection and the management of extracorporeal circulation are the keys to success.
