| 摘 要： | 冷冻手术是治疗癌症的有效手段,经过多年的发展,已经有了越来越广泛的应用。冷冻手术的发展与冷冻治疗器械的进步密不可分的。从冷冻治疗器械的发展历史来看,它一直都在沿着追求创伤更小、性能更完善、使用更方便的方向发展。一、液氮冷冻医疗设备20世纪80年代初出现了第一代冷冻治疗设备(德国Erbe公司的Erbokryo治疗仪),它采用饱和液氮制冷的单冷刀体系,其优点在于采用了一种临床上应用很广的制冷剂———液氮(LN2),因为液氮具有制冷温度低(-196℃)、气化潜热高(198.05 kJ/kg)、制冷速度较快的优良性能[1]。但该设备存在一些缺点:①对于…

| Abstract: | Cryosurgery is an effective approach which has been increasingly employed in treating carcinomas.Progress made in cryosurgery is closely related to advancement in the instruments of cryosurgery.The authors reviewed the development of cryosurgical instruments which has been moving towards making smaller wounds,having better properties and being more convenient. |
