温针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的：探讨温针灸对冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将272例冠心病心绞痛患者，根据随机化原则，分为温针灸治疗组（136例）、单纯针刺对照组（68例）和药物对照组（68例）。主穴取心俞、厥阴俞、膻中、内关。三组分别采取温针灸、单纯针刺和药物治疗。连续观察三年。结果：温针灸组总有效率为92．6％，明显优于单纯针刺组85．3％，药物组83．8％（P〈0．05，P〈0．05）。结论：温针灸对冠心病心绞痛具有非常显著的疗效。

Clinical study on moxibustion with warming needle for treatment of coronar heart disease angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion with warming needle for the treatment of coronar heart disease angina pectoris. Method 272 cases of coronar heart disease angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into a moxibustion with warming needle treatment group of 136 cases ,a simple acupuncture control group of 68 cases and a carbamazepine control group of 68 cases. Xinshu, Jueyinshu, Tanzhong, Neiguan were selected. Three groups adopted the treatment of moxibustion with warming needle, simple acupuncture and carbamazepine with separately. Continuously observed for three years. Result The total effective rate was 92.6% in the moxibustion with warming needle treatment group,85.3% in the simple acupuncture control group, 83.8% in the carbamazepine control group, there was a significant difference in curative effect in the treatment group than the two control groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Moxibustion with warming needle for the treatment of coronar heart disease angina pectoris has obvious therapeutic effect.
