血清总胆汁酸测定在肝胆疾病中的应用

目的：探讨血清总胆汁酸（TBA）的测定在各种肝胆疾病中的诊断价值。方法：应用循环酶速率法对300例肝胆疾病病人及150例对照者的TBA水平进行检测，并同时测定其他肝功能指标。结果：在各肝胆疾病组TBA水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），血清TBA在肝硬化、肝癌及梗阻性黄疸中的阳性率明显高于其他肝功能指标（P〈0．01）。结论：TBA是反映肝胆疾病较灵敏的生化指标，对肝胆疾病的诊断具有重要的临床意义。

USE OF SERUM BILE ACID IN DISEASES OF LIVER AND BILIARY TRACT

Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of serum total bile acid （TBA） in diseases of liver and biliary tract. Methods：Serum bile acid was detected by cyclophorase assay in 300 patients with liver and biliary tract diseases and 150 normal controls. Other liverfunction tests were done at the same time. Results： TBA levels in every liver and biliary tract disease group were higher than that in the contro! group （P〈0.01）. Moreover, the positive rate of TBA in cirrhosis, hepatic carcinoma and obstructive jaundice diseases were higher than that of other liver function indexes （P〈0.01）. Conclusion TBA is a fairly sensitive index reflecting diseases of liver and gall, which is of great improtance in the diagnosis of the disease.
