高血压脑出血死亡原因分析一附63例分析

目的：分析高血压脑出血死亡原因。方法：对我院收治的脑出血死亡组和存活则患者的发病时的意识状态和出血量进行对比分析。结果：与存活组相比，死亡组GSC评分≤3的比率明显增高，而≥8的比率明显降低，死亡组出血量〈30的比率明显降低，而〉60的比率明显提高，差别均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。讨论：术前术后密切观察患者体征变化对降低死亡具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of causes of death in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage - Analysis of 63 Cases

Objective：Analysis of cause of death in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：Treated in our hospital died of cerebral hemorrhage group and the survival of the patient＇s disease state of consciousness,and the amount of bleeding were analyzed.Results：Compared with the survival group and death group the ratio of GSC score≤3 was significantly higher, while the ratio of ≥ 8 significantly reduced the amount of bleeding death group＂significantly reduced the ratio of 30,while the＂rate of 60 markedly improved,the difference was statistically significant both （P 〈0.05）. Discussions：Close observation before and after surgery in patients with signs of change for reducing death has certain significance.
