114例高龄胃癌病人的外科治疗

目的：探讨高龄胃癌病人的外科治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析1987年1月～1997年1月间收治的114例70岁以上胃癌病人的外科治疗资料。结果：高龄胃癌病人常伴有梗阻、出血、并存病多(61％)，肿瘤切除率为85％，术后并发症发生率29％，围手术期病死率为3％。结论：手术切除是目前高龄胃癌病人最好治疗方法，而早期诊断、早期治疗、选择合理的术式、有效的预防和治疗并发症是提高疗效的重要措施。

Surgical Treatment of 114 elderly Patients with Stomach Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment methods for the eldery patients with carcinoma of stomach. Methods: Were retrospectively studied from January, 1987 the data of surgical treatment in to January,1997 114 cases of gas-tric carcinoma over 70 -year -old. Results: The aged patients with carcinoma of stomach often had obstruction.bleeding and the other diseases(61%) ,the rate of carcinoma resection was 85% ,the incidence of complications after operation was 29% and the perioperational death rate was 3% . Conclusion: The resection of tumor is the best therary for the aged patients with carcinoma of stomach and it is important measure for improving therapeutic effects that early diagnoses, early treatment , to select the reasonable operational methods and to prevent and treatment effectively the complications.
