| 摘 要： | 目的；观察当归注射液对氢化可的松诱导的大鼠脾脏细胞凋亡的影响。方法：经氢化可的松诱导大鼠脾脏细胞凋亡为模型，采用流式细胞仪吖啶橙染色法检测凋亡细胞率。结果：１０＾－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ氢化可的松作用大鼠脾脏细胞６ｈ，ＤＮＡ片段率显著增高，达２７．４％，与对照组相比极显著意义，加入５％当归注射液后，凋亡率降至２１．７％，与对照组无显著差异。

| Abstract: | AIM:To invenstigate the effect of Angelica Sinensis injection solution (ASIS) on the apoptosis of rat spleen cells induced by hydrocortisone.METHODS:Flow cytometer with acridine orange straining method was used to observe the rate of cellular apoptosis and the apoptosis of rat spleen cells was induced by hydrocortisone (HYD).RESULTS:When the cells were incubated with 10 7 mol/L HYD for 6 h, the percentage of DNA fragmentation increased to 27.4% compared to the control group 19.4%( P<0.01,n =6),but it decreased to 21 7% ( P >0 05) when 5% ASIS were added.CONCLUSION:ASIS inhibited apoptosis of rat spleen cells induced by HYD and the inhibition is dose-dependent. |
