Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Complex Acetabular Fracture

Objective To investigate the study the surgical repair methods for complicated acetabular fractures.Methods 148 patients with complex acetabular fractures were divided into two groups,that was joint dislocation state operation group（control group,n=48）,and joint reset state operation group（observation group,n=102）.the operation time,blood loss,blood transfusion,quality of fracture reduction and the coincidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,blood loss and blood transfusion,postoperative adverse events of the observation group were statistically lower than that of the control group（P0.01）.The excellent and good rate of observation group was 97.1%,while in control group it was 82.6%,the former was higher than that of the latter（P0.01）.Conclusion The femoral head for the mold,bone support,bone fragments embedded compression,absorbable screw fixation methods such as auxiliary block complex comminuted fracture of the articular surface reconstruction of acetabulum can significantly improve the fracture reduction,healing quality,shorten the operation time effectively,and reduce the amount of bleeding and joint complications.
