| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of breviscapine on the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1（MCP-1）and pathologic damage in kidney of adriamycin nephropathy rats.Methods Adriamycin nephropathy rat models were were established.The expression of MCP-1 was detected with immunohistochemical method.The pathomorphological change of kidney was detected by biological microscope.Blood biochemical indexes adriamycin was detected after three weeks by treatment.24-hour urine protein（24HUP）was detected in different times（before ADR injection,one week after injection,two and three weeks after treatment）.Results Breviscapine inhibited the expression of MCP-1 markedly in kidneys of adriamycin nephropathy rats,alleviated pathologic damage of kidney and reduced 24HUP,etc.Conclusion Breviscapine can protect kidneys of adriamycin nephropathy rats by down regulating expression of MCP-1 and alleviating pathologic damage of kidney etc. |
