| 摘 要： | 目的:分析锁骨骨折内固定失效原因,寻求预防和改进措施.方法:对目前常用的几种内固定方法进行比较和分析.结果:共15例出现内固定失效,克氏针8例、钢板4例、记忆合金环抱器2例、克氏针张力带1例.结论:锁骨骨折内固定失效与内固定选择、手术操作及术后功能锻炼方法有直接关系.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the reasons for the failure of internal fixation of clavicle fracture and to find the measures for the prevention and improvement.Methods:The current ways of internal fixation for clavicle fracture were compared and analyzed.Results:A total of 15 cases of internal fixation failure were analyzed,including 8 cases of Kirschner wire,4 cases of plate,2 case of shape memory alloy embracing fixator,and 1 cases of Kirschner wire tension belt.Conclusion:It is important for a doctor to choose th... |
