| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨关节镜下微创治疗踝关节前外侧软组织撞击综合征的临床疗效.方法:2008年9月-2010年7月,对27例踝关节前外侧软组织撞击综合征患者,行关节镜下等离子射频刀清理术.结果:术后得到随访26例,失访1例.平均随访1.5年,24例随访患者踝关节疼痛肿胀消失、背伸跖屈活动度正常、功能恢复到伤前水平,3例踝关节背伸活...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of inimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of anterolateral ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome patients.Methods:From September 2008 to July 2010,27 cases of anterolateral ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome were treated with arthroscopic debridement of plasma radio frequency knife.Results:Among the 27 cases,26 patients were followed up and 1 patient was lost.The average follow-up was 1.5 years.24 patients reported that ankle pain and swelling disappeared,wit... |
