新生儿窒息危险因素的Logistic回归分析

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿窒息发生的危险因素。方法收集185例新生儿窒息的病案资料,运用Logistic多因素回归分析新生儿窒息发生的危险因素。结果新生儿窒息发生率为5.31%(185/3 486),Logistic多因素回归分析提示发生新生儿窒息的比值比(OR)大小依次是产前出血(OR:3.901)、孕周(OR:3.717)、出生体重(OR:3.099)、羊水污染(OR:2.375)、羊水过少(OR:2.317)、脐带异常(OR:2.254)、年龄(OR:2.083)。结论产前出血、孕周、出生体重、羊水污染、羊水过少、脐带异常、年龄为新生儿窒息发生的危险因素。提示在临床工作中应加强产前系统检查和产时分娩监护,减少新生儿窒息的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dangerous factors of neonatal asphyxia.Methods Applying Logistic multivariate regression analysis on the 185 neonatal asphyxia.Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia was 5.31%(185/3 486),multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicates that odds ratios(OR)of neonatal asphyxia were prenatal bleeding(OR:3.901),gestational ages(OR:3.717),birth weight(OR:3.099),amniotic fluid meconium,oligohydramnios(OR:2.317),umbilical cord abnormality and age(OR:2.083).Conclusion Prenatal bleeding,gestational age,birth weight,amniotic fluid meconium,oligohydramnios,umbilical cord abnormality and age are the relevant dangerous factors of the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia.It is proposed that comprehensive antenatal examination and labour process care should be followed so as to avoid neonatal asphyxia in clinical practice.
