| 摘 要： | 目的了解甘肃省农村不同级别医疗卫生机构门诊与住院费用情况,为促进农村卫生工作提供依据。方法在"甘肃省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究"项目试点县选择4个县级医疗机构、2个乡镇卫生院和4个村卫生室进行现场调查,由培训合格的调查员对门诊和住院服务的相关情况进行现场调查,资料整理后输入SPSS数据库分析。结果县级医疗机构门诊、住院费用均高于乡镇卫生院及村卫生室。病人医疗费用付费方式自费与新型农村合作医疗并存,药费占就诊费用的55%以上。结论应大力加强乡村医疗机构的能力建设,提高服务质量,促进新型农村合作医疗可持续发展。 |
