| Abstract: | Granulosa cell tumor of the ovary is an uncommon neoplasm characterized by a long natural history, late recurrence capacity and good prognosis. We report the case of a woman with adult-type granulosa cell tumor of the ovary, which developed late recurrence with contralateral ovarian disease, intra-abdominal spread and liver metastases. |
