摘    要:目的观察900MHz拟手机电磁辐射对大鼠肝功能和肝细胞Bax及Bcl-2表达的影响。方法选择sD大鼠20只,按体重均衡的原则随机分为正常组和辐射组,每组10只。正常组大鼠置辐射笼中不接受辐射,辐射组大鼠接受900MHz拟手机电磁辐射连续18d,4h/d。比色法检测大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)含量,HE染色观察大鼠肝脏组织形态变化,免疫组化法检测大鼠肝细胞Bax及Bcl.2蛋白表达。结果与正常组相比,辐射组大鼠血清ALT显著升高(P〈0.05),AST无明显变化(P〉0.05);肝细胞核缩小或部分消失以及细胞浆空泡样变明显;肝细胞Bax蛋白表达增强,Bcl-2蛋白表达减弱(P〈0.01)。结论长时间暴露于900MHz拟手机电磁辐射中可造成大鼠肝功能异常、肝组织形态的损伤、肝细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of imitated 900 MHz cellular electromagnetic radiation on liver function and Bax and Bcl-2 protein expressions in hepatic cells in rats. Methods According to weight equilibrium prin- ciple, 20 adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal group ( n = 10) and radiated group ( n = 10). The rats in nor- mal group was not radiated in the radiation box, while the rats in radiated group were radiated by imitated 900MHz cellu- lar electromagnetic radiation with 4 h/d for 18 d. The contents of alanine transarninase (ALT) and aspartate transarni- nase (AST) in rats'serum were detected by colorimetric method, the changes of form and function of rats'hepar function were observed by HE staining, and the bax and Bcl-2 protein expressions in rats~hepatic ceils were detected by immuno- histochemical method. Results Compared with those in normal group, the content of serum ALT in radiated group was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), and there were no significantly changes in AST contents (P 〉 0.05) ; liver cell nu- cleus decreased or partially disappeared, and partial vacuolar degeneration was found in cytolymph; there was a higher expression of the Bax protein, and a lower expression of Bcl-2 protein in hepatic ceils (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The long-time imitated 900 MHz cellular electromagnetic radiation can obviously cause dysfunction of liver, hurt hepatic tissue morphous, and increase the speed of hepatic apoptosis.
