甲龙丸联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌34例临床观察

目的评价甲龙丸联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选择2010年12月-2012年12月在衡水市中医院肿瘤科、衡水市第二医院内科住院的晚期非小细胞肺癌68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组34例。治疗组应用甲龙丸联合化疗，对照组应用单纯化疗，观察2组近期临床疗效、中医证候及Karnofsky评分改善情况。结果对照组中有2例因严重毒副反应第2期化疗未进行完毕。治疗组有效率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；中医症候及Karnofsky评分改善情况均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论甲龙丸化疗虽然不能明显提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效，但能明显改善临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Jia Long Pills Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of 34 Patients with Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jia long pills combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung carcinoma. Methods Sixty-eight patients with advanced non small cell lung carcinoma in our hospitals during December 2010 and December 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 34） and control group （ n = 34）. The treatment group was treated with Jia long pills combined with chemotherapy, while the control group was treated with chemotherapy only. The recent clinical efficacy, symptom complex of traditional Chinese medicine, and improvement of Karnofsky score were observed. Results Two patients did not undergo 2 phase chemotherapy because of severe adverse reaction in control group. The efficiency rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; the improvements in symptom complex of traditional Chinese medicine and Karnofsky score in treatment group were significantly superior than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion Jia long pills combined with chemotherapy may not significantly improve clinical efficacy of advanced non small cell lung carcinoma, but it can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
