CT对超早期脑梗死的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨超早期脑梗死的CT征象特点。方法对2012年1—10月收治的50例超早期脑梗死的CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果50例超早期脑梗死在发病6h内未检出异常CT征象者10例,检出异常CT征象者40例(80%),具体表现为:低密度改变30例(60%),豆状核征15例(30%),岛带征6例(12%),脑沟肿胀、消失15例(30%),大脑中动脉高密度征10例(20%)。本组48h后复查CT均表现为相应区域梗死灶。结论CT征象对超早期脑梗死的诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore CT signs characteristics of super early cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical CT data of 50 patients with super early cerebral infarction during from January to October 2012 were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results Among 50 patients with super early cerebral infarction, the CT signs of 10 patients revealed no abnormal- ities sign but 40 patients (80%) with anomalism within 6 h: low density change was found in 30 patients (60%), len- ticular nucleus signs were found in 15 patients (30%), island was found in 6 patients (12%), cortical sulci swelling and disappearance were found in 15 patients (30%) , hyperdense sign in middle cerebral artery was found in 10 patients (20%). The CT signs of these patients showed infarct lesions in corresponding areas after 48 h of reexamination. Con- clusion CT signs have important significance in diagnosis of super early cerebral infarction.
