CDl05与Ezrin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨CDl05和Ezrin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化光波/微波(1ightwave/microwave,LW/MW)-EnVision。“法检测100例结直肠癌30例正常黏膜和30例腺瘤组织标本中CDl05和Ezrin蛋白表达,并分析它们与临床病理参数及二者之间的关系。结果CDl05标记的微血管计数在结直肠正常黏膜、腺瘤及结直肠癌间差异有统计学意义,且与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P〈0.05);Ezrin蛋白在结直肠正常黏膜、腺瘤及结直肠癌组织表达阳性率分别为23.3%、50.0%、72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),Ezrin蛋白阳性表达与结直肠癌浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移密切相关(P〈0.05)。Ezrin蛋白表达阳性的结直肠癌组织中CDl05标记的微血管计数高于表达阴性的组织(P〈0.01)。结论Ezrin蛋白、CDl05标记的微血管在结直肠癌中起着重要作用,二者联合检测有利于进一步揭示结直肠癌的浸润和转移机制,为临床靶向治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and clinicopathologic significance of CD105 and Ezrin protein in colorectal cancer. Methods Expressions of CD105 and Ezrin protein in 100 samples of colorectal cancer, 30 samples of normal tissues of mucous membrane and 30 samples of adenoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry light- wave/microwave (LW/WM) -EnVisionTM method, and relation between clinicopathologic factors and the relationship of the two expressions were also analyzed. Results The differences of microvessel counts labled by CD105 in colorectal normal tunica mucosa, adenoma and colorectal cancer showed statistical significance (P 〈 0.05), and the MVD value was closely related to tumors invasive degree, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression rates of Ezrin protein in colorectal normal tunica mucosa, adenoma and colorectal cancer were 23.3% , 50.0% and 72.0% re- spectively, and the differences had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive expression of Ezrin protein was close- ly related to serous membrane infiltration of colorectal cancer and lymphatic metastasis. The microvessel counts labled by CD105 in colorectal cancer tissue in Ezrin protein positive expression was higher than that in negative expression (P 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusion The Ezrin protein and microvessel labled by CD105 play an important role in colorectal cancer, so combined should be made for further revealing infiltration and metastasis mechanism of colorectal cancer in order to pro- vide a new trend of clinical targeted therapy.
