漳州地区3796名体检人群前臂远端骨密度调查分析

摘    要:目的调查漳州地区健康人群骨密度峰值、变化规律及骨质疏松症的发病情况,为本地区骨质疏松症的防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用韩国OsteoSys公司生产的EXA一3000型前臂双能X线骨密度测定器对2010年6月-2012年6月3796名健康体检者非惯用手前臂远端骨密度进行测定。结果17岁后男性骨密度T值高于女性(P〈0.05)。骨密度T值男性在21~25岁组开始增高,41~45岁组达到峰值后开始下降;女性17~20岁组开始增高,在31—35岁组达到峰值后下降,不同性别76~87岁骨密度T值均低于71~75岁组(P〈0.05)。骨质疏松发病率男性在61~65岁组,女性在51~55岁组开始明显增高,女性在〉51岁各年龄组及总体骨质疏松发病率均高于男性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论骨质疏松症的发病有逐渐年轻化的趋势,骨密度测量可早期评估骨质疏松症的发生风险,而前臂远端骨密度测定是一种简便易行的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the peak of bone density, change and osteoporosis in healthy human beings in Zhangzhou in order to provide the reference for osteoporosis prevention. Methods Density determination of non domi- nant forearm bone in 3796 healthy persons during June 2010 and June 2012 was detected by using EXA-3000 forearm du- al energy X-ray absorptiometry from OsteoSys company in South Korea. Results T value of bone density in males was higher than that in females after 17 years of age, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). T value of bone density in males began to increase in 21 -25 years old, reached the peak and then began to descend in 41 -45 years old; while T value in females began to increase in 17 -20 years old, reached the peak in 31 -35 years old and be- gan to descend, T value in 76 -87 years old in males and female was significantly lower than those in 71 -75 years old group (P 〈0.05). Osteoporosis incidence rates in male in 61 -65 years old, and in females in the 51 -55 years old were significantly increased, osteoporosis incidence rate in females over 51 years of age of each age group and the total in- cidence of osteoporosis were significantly higher than those in males (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The osteoporo- sis tends to happen in younger people, and measurement of bone density can evaluate risk assessment of osteoporosis as early as possible, and bone density of distal forearm is a simple and practical measurement method.
