后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术57例围术期护理

目的:探讨经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围术期的护理方法.方法:回顾性分析57例行经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者的护理措施及护理经验.结果:本组手术均顺利进行,手术时间49～144 min,术中出血量30～90ml.术后发生皮下气肿2例,Trocar穿刺孔皮下脂肪液化1例,无出血、高碳酸血症等严重并发症发生.随访6个月～2年,血压均恢复于正常范围.结论:经后腹腔途径行肾上腺肿瘤切除术安全可靠.完善术前准备、加强术后观察和及时处理,可有效减少和避免相关并发症发生,且是保证患者顺利康复的重要条件.

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 57 patients with adrenal tumor by retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection
