| 摘 要： | 本组将激光加药物治疗各种慢性胃炎与单服药物治疗进行比较,前者总有效率约为90.5％,后者约为35.0％,二者有效率相差55.5％,尤其对慢性萎缩性胃炎也有较好的效果。经观察激光加药物治疗组的复发率(23.8％)较单服药物组的复发率(55.0％)明显降低。

| Abstract: | 42 patients with various types of chronic gastritis were treated by copper vapour pulsed laser irradiation combined with drugs containing Hericium evimacluso It was shown that the effective rate of laser-drug treatment (90.5%) was much higher than that of simple drug treatment (35.0%).Moreover, patients treated by laser irradiation plus drugs had a lower relapse rate (23.8%) than the simple drug treated cases (55.0%).It showed especially good effect in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis The procedure of intragastric irradiation with the laser is safe and rather simple and it seems to be a new promising modality in treatment of chronic gastritis. |
