康复群组管理改善在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨康复群组管理对精神分裂症患者疾病转归、生活技能和社会功能的影响。 方法 选取2016年8月-2017年8月收治的37例精神分裂症患者作为对照组,选取2017年10月-2018年8月收治的41例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,对照组给予精神科疾病常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复群组管理,分别采用阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale ,PANSS)、生活技能训练量表(social skills training,SST)和社会功能评定量表(scale of social function in psychosis inpatients,SSPI)对患者进行评价,比较2组治疗效果、生活技能和社会功能评分。 结果 干预后,观察组PANSS总分低于对照组(t=5.178,P<0.001);2组SST评分在时间、组间及交互效应上比较,差异均有统计学意义(F_时间=4.265,P=0.001;F_组间=4.394,P=0.001;F_交互=0.357,P=0.003);2组SSPI评分在时间、组间及交互效应上比较,差异均有统计学意义(F_时间=5.477,P=0.001;F_组间=4.548,P=0.001;F_交互=4.245,P=0.001)。 结论 对精神分裂症患者实施康复群组管理,可有效改善患者的社会功能、生活技能,帮助精神分裂症患者的预后并帮助其回归社会。

Application of rehabilitation group management in schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation group management on the prognosis, living and social skills of schizophrenia patients. Methods Thirty-seven schizophrenia patients admitted between August 2016 and August 2017 were enrolled into the control group, while another 41 counterparts admitted between October 2017 and August 2018 were selected into the observation group. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with the rehabilitation group management. Before and after the intervention, both groups were evaluated the treating efficacy, living skill and social function using the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS), social skills training (SST) and scale of social function in psychosis inpatients (SSPI) respectively. Results After the intervention, the PANSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t=5.178,P<0.001). Significant differences were observed in the SST and SSPI scores in terms of time, group and interaction effect (F_time=4.265,P=0.001;F_group=4.394,P=0.001;F_interation=0.357,P=0.003) (F_time =5.477,P=0.001;F_group =4.548,P=0.001;F_interaction=4.245,P=0.001). Conclusion The rehabilitation group management can effectively improve the social function and living skill of schizophrenia patients and help them return to society.
