白噪声对于儿童重病监护病房患儿穿刺疼痛的缓解效果观察

目的 探索白噪声干扰法缓解儿童重病监护病房患儿穿刺疼痛的干预效果,以期为儿童重病监护病房患儿穿刺疼痛管理提供参考。方法 选取2019年7月-2020年6月在儿童重病监护病房间治疗的92例患儿作为研究对象,按照病案号的单双数将其分为对照组和干预组,每组46例。对照组采用拍背和给予安抚奶嘴进行穿刺后疼痛安抚,干预组采用白噪声干扰法进行穿刺后疼痛安抚。结果 干预组疼痛评分、穿刺后心率最大值及啼哭发生率均低于对照组(t=8.453,P＜0.001;t=7.674,P=0.001;χ²=5.580,P=0.018),血氧饱和度最低值高于对照组(t=5.574,P<0.001)。结论 白噪声干预对于缓解儿童重病监护病房患儿穿刺疼痛的效果较好,能减少患儿穿刺后啼哭发生率。

Effects of white noise on relieving puncture pain in children in pediatric intensive care unit

Objective To explore the effect of white noise interference in relieving puncture pain of children in the pediatric intensive care unit, so as to provide references for the management of such pain. Methods Totally 92 children treated in the pediatric intensive care unit between July 2019 and June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, each of 46. After puncturing, the control group was comforted using pacifiers and patting the back, while the intervention group was given white noise intervention. Results The pain score, the maximum heart rate and the incidence of crying after puncturing of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=8.453, P＜0.001; t=5.574, P<0.001;χ²=5.580,P=0.018), while the minimum oxygen saturation value was significantly lower than the latter(t=7.674,P=0.001). Conclusion White noise intervention is effective in relieving puncture pain in children in the pediatric intensive care unit, and can significantly decrease their crying after puncturing.
