肌肉运动点电刺激治疗中风后手功能障碍的临床疗效

 目的 观察肌肉运动点电刺激与常规针刺法治疗中风后手功能障碍的临床疗效差异。方法 选取武警特色医学中心中风后手功能障碍患者60例,随机分为针刺组和肌肉运动点电刺激组,每组30例。在西医常规治疗基础上,针刺组采用手局部取穴的单纯针刺治疗,电刺激组采用指伸肌、拇长展肌、指浅屈肌及拇长屈肌肌肉运动点电刺激治疗,1次/d;均治疗2周后采用Brunnstrom手运动功能评定量表,Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定表,CSS临床神经功能缺损程度表进行评定并评价临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后Brunnstrom评定量表、Fugl-Meyer评分及CSS评分较治疗前均有改善,电刺激组较针刺组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义。结论 两种方法治疗中风后手功能障碍均可提高患手的肌力与活动能力,促进手功能恢复,但肌肉运动点电刺激治疗的疗效较常规针刺法更优。

Clinical effect of muscular motor point electrical stimulation against post-stroke hand dysfunction

Objective To observe the difference in clinical effect between acupuncture and muscular motor point electrical stimulation for the treatment of post-stroke hand dysfunction. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and muscular motor point electrical stimulation group,with 30 cases in each.In addition to conventional treatment,one group was treated with acupuncture while the other was treated with acupuncture combined with muscular motor point electrical stimulation. Both groups were treated once a day for two weeks. The Brunnstrom level, Fugl-Meyer assessment and CSS were used to evaluate the changes in the two groups and compare the effect. Results After treatment,the level of Brunnstrom grading muscle strength,score of Fugl-Meyer assessment and CSS were improved significantly, especially in the muscular motor point electrical stimulation group. Conclusions Muscular motor point electrical stimulation and conventional acupuncture are both effective for the treatment of post-stroke hand dysfunction, but the former works better.
