摘    要:首都医科大学生物医学工程学院在生物医学工程专业实施“北京高等学校高水平人才交叉培养计划——双培计划”,改变教学管理上的单一化,培养方式采取“3+1”模式,近6年来不断加强与北京航空航天大学的交流合作,实现优质高等教育资源的共享,在交叉培养专业人才、实践创新教育、专业建设、师资队伍建设和学生教育管理等方面初见成效,探索并不断完善高校之间联合开展创新人才培养的新机制。

Abstract:The School of Biomedical Engineering of Capital Medical University has implemented “Cross-Training Program for High-Level Talents in Beijing Universities—Double Training Program” in biomedical engineering, changing the oversimplified teaching management and adopting the “3+1” talent cultivation mode. In the past six years, we have continuously strengthened exchanges and cooperation with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, realized the sharing of high-quality higher education resources, and achieved initial results in cross-training professional talents, practical and innovative education, professional construction, teacher team construction and student education management etc. We explored and constantly improved the new mechanism for colleges and universities to jointly develop innovative talents training.
