国内近10年关于急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理研究的文献计量学分析

目的 分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理的研究状况及研究热点,为急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理研究提供新的方向。方法 以中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)为检索源,利用文献计量学方法对2009-2018年急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理研究的文献进行作者、地区、发文机构、文献类型进行统计学分析,对关键词进行可视化分析。结果 本次最终纳入急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理文献1 531篇,其中2011年发表文献数量最高达到182篇;作者分布在33个省市及自治区中,其中江苏省发文数量最高,达到194篇,发文量居前10位的地区总计发文957篇,占据总体数量的62.5%;1 531篇文献发表在387种期刊上,平均每种杂志发文量达到3.93篇;研究对象主要为成人(918篇);以护理和急性呼吸窘迫综合征为关键词的频次最高。结论 急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床护理的研究近年来总体呈上升趋势,文献作者所在地区主要分布于中部、南部及沿海地区,但相关文献的学术影响力不高,研究的深度、广度及创新性仍有待加强。

Bibliometric analysis of nursing patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in recent 10 years in China

Objective To explore the research on nursing patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) to sort out the research hotspots, so as to provide new research directions. Methods The China national knowledge internet (CNKI), VIP, CBM and Wanfang database were searched for articles published between 2009 and 2018 on nursing ARDS patients. Results A total of 1 531 were found, with 182 published in 2011, ranking the highest. The authors came from 33 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Among the 1 531 articles, 194 were written by authors from Jiangsu province. Totally 957 articles were published in the top ten provinces in the number of article published, accounting for 62.5% of the total number. The 1 531 articles were published in 387 journals, with an average 3.93 articles in each one. Among them, 918 chose adults as research subjects, and the keywords with the highest frequency were nursing and ARDS. Conclusions The research on clinical nursing of ARDS has been on the rise in recent years. The authors are mainly from central,southern and coastal areas of China. However, their academic influence is not high, and the depth, scope and innovation of the research still need strengthening.
