| Abstract: | Chronic spontaneous urticaria（CSU） is a common clinical disease, which is related to mast cell activation. Due to the unpredictability and chronic course, CSU brings great concerns to patients, and seriously affects patients’ physical and mental health. Some clinical and laboratory biological markers play very important roles in the evaluation, treatment management and prognosis of CSU. This article reviews the severity and prognostic factors of chronic spontaneous urticaria. |
